Free Managed Service
As well as the equipment, the managed service is also on a 'Nil Subsidy' basis.
This means that one of our trained operators will visit your site and fill, clean and sanitise your equipment to AVA standards. This will ensure that you never run out of product and that your staff have fresh drinks, snacks, cans and food available 24 hours a day.
Exact Vending Services only use Branded Products in our machines such as Kenco, Douwe Egberts, Tchibo, Cadbury, Walkers, Rowntree. This ensures that the products delivered to your Staff are of the highest quality and means that the Vending Solution you choose will be readily accepted by all your employees and customers.
STOP PRESS: Exact Vending Services are launching their own range of tasty Hot and Cold Food items for their Nil Cost Food Vending Machines. This new range of food includes Hot and Cold Snacks, Sandwiches, Pies, Pasties and a variety of re-heatable Plated Meals.
All this on a daily visit to ensure the produce is Fresh and that there is a good variety of products available to your Staff - all at Nil Cost and Nil Subsidy to you!!

Free Breakdown & Maintenance
If the equipment should breakdown, Exact Vending Services will attend the call and fix the problem Free Of Charge.
The average call out across our Customer base currently runs at two hours and forty minutes with a First Fix Rate of over 97%. This means that your machine is up and running quickly with minimum disruption to you and your staff.
You will find that your relationship with your Vending Supplier will change from a reactive one to a proactive one. This is because Exact Vending Services generate revenue through the sale of the products in our machines and not through expensive Rentals and Management Fees.
A machine breakdown means Loss of Revenue to Exact Vending Services and so it is important that we respond quickly to any Call Outs and that the problem is fixed First Time as often as possible. |
